Kiss Sixth Sense is the latest Wednesday/Thursday Korean drama, dabbling in fantasy and romance with a few comedic laughs thrown in for good measure. If you’ve been following this one, you may be wondering if this has been renewed or cancelled.
What is Kiss Sixth Sense Season 1 about?
Ever since she was little, Ye-Sool has had a special ability. Whenever her lips touch someone else, she’s able to see that person’s future. However, she’s unclear whether this premonition is a month or even several years in the future. Working at an advertising company, Ye-Sool enjoys her work but despises her boss, Min-Hu. One day, her lips accidentally touch Min-Hu’s neck. The premonition she sees? Only the small detail of them in bed together!
Has Kiss Sixth Sense been renewed for season 2?
At the time of writing, Disney have not renewed Kiss Sixth Sense for season 2. Given the ratings over the weeks, it’ll be interesting to see if they actually do renew this for a follow-up. Given this is a Disney+ Original, no details on viewership are actually available to see whether this one has been increasing or decreasing over time. However, given most k-dramas wrap up their stories in a single season, it’s very rare to find these sort of shows renewed. Given this is also a self-contained story, we predict Kiss Sixth Sense will not be renewed. We’ll be sure to update this section with more details as they become available.
What we know about season 2 so far:
Most Korean dramas are reserved to one season and with the rare exception of ongoing Netflix shows (Love ft. Marriage and Divorce, Hospital Playlist etc.) then it seems unlikely that this one will be renewed. However, there is always the possibility that the actors return for a follow-up, although that is very slim indeed.
