What is ‘Bad Sisters’ about?
Bad Sisters begins with the funeral of a man everyone seems to hate: John Paul Williams. His sisters-in-law (Eva, Bibi, Ursula, and Becka) especially despise him–so much so that an investigation reveals their possible involvement in his death. A dual timeline shows us both the past (just what kind of person John Paul was) and the present (the investigation that incriminates the Garvey sisters). Has ‘Bad Sisters’ been renewed for season 2?
At the time of writing, AppleTV+ has officially renewed Bad Sisters for season 2. While Apple has been good about renewing many of its shows, Bad Sisters is a special case, as it plays out like a limited series. Critic and audience reviews have trended mostly positive for the show, so that’s promising. However, while we won’t give away any spoilers, the ending does wrap things up pretty neatly. Despite that though, money talks and Apple have a good track record of renewing everything, so it’s perhaps hardly surprising!
What we know about season 2 so far:
Not much is known about season 2 at the time of writing, given Apple has only just greenlit a sequel. There’s potential for a follow-up that addresses more of the aftermath of John Paul’s death, or perhaps another scandal altogether.
